On August 24 2022 I turned my motorcycle in to Motorcycle Accessories is for repairs after not riding it since 2018. I have been using Motorcycle Accessories for my motorcycle repairs since the 1993. Apparently the ownership had changed. I was told they would start on my bike in 10 days. 2 and a half weeks later they still had not looked at it. Finally on October 12 I was able to pick it up after spending approximately $2,352.00. On Oct 13 I took it for a ride and approximately 2 miles up Hwy 141 the front brake caliper fell off. The hoses were the only thing that kept the brake from falling into the front wheel spokes and cause a crash. I was able to tie it up out of the way and return to Motorcycle Accessories. The owner was very indifferent to the incident and was trying to find any old bolts to put on it to get me back on the road. I actually saw him rummaging around in the parts department looking for some bolts. I advised him I wanted my original bolt because they are chromed. He stated he was looking for some bolts to get me back on the road. I advised him I would not be getting back on the road until he inspected he bike from the front to back. I asked the owner if he though it was unusual that after repairing by bike no one noticed parts left over and wasn't there something wrong with that. He did not answer. The owner refused to do anything to make the situation satisfactory. When I picked up the bike on Oct 14, 2022 the bolts were not the original one and he only offered to reimburse the cost of labor on the tires $150.00. I was highly insulted by his attitude and offer seeing that the incident could have killed me. I took my motorcycle to another shop and had it inspected. The front of the bike, to include the brakes had to be torqued and the chain was very worn. Two things Motorcycle Accessories did not do or tell me about. I think Motorcycle Accessories customer service is extremely poor and their repair quality is so poor its dangerous.Business response

In response to Mr ******'s complaint, we would like to respond that all of our work has a 30 day warranty, when he brought the motorcycle back to us, we repaired it at no charge under this warranty.
