I purchased a car. During the sale. The sales rep. Sold me what he called bumper to bumper coverage. He said it covered everything except the bumpers. Paid $4895. January 2024 the serpentine belt went out. Thus repair was nit covered. I was told that the ins only covered what the oil touched. So I had to pay $841.30. They had my car for a month. Now it has a oil leak. They tell me this is not covered either. I feel like they lied to me to get me to buy this insurance. I would like my money back. I also think they should be honest about what they are selling. To that honesty issue. When I bought the car it had been wrecked afore they gave it to me. They knew it was damaged and didn't say anything about it. I didn't see the damage due to the way they parked it. I took it back as soon as I saw it. With in half and hour from leaving dealer. I wanted them to take it back. They talked me into keeping it. Said they would fix everything.

I brought my car in for software updates two weeks ago, there were concerns with the engine, they asked me to bring in service records and my car for more testing. I was told I would absolutely get my car back today. If parts are needed, they would be ordered and when I bring the car back for work they would give me a loner car until my was done. I brought my car in for testing today, as scheduled, they say I cannot have it back and that there is no loner. I am officially stranded in Colorado (the closest dealership to my home) with no way home. I am unable to rent my own car so I am just stuck, possibly for weeks. I’m told I can request reimbursement for costs associated with this, but no help getting a car or getting home

on 02/10/2021 I purchased a Kia Soul from Red Rock Kia in Grand Junction Colorado and they lied and put my electronic signature on documents that were different than what they were showing me on the screen. They charged me $2895.00 for a warranty/service contract that I told them I did not want and they also changed the sale price of the vehicle from $11000.00 to $12401.00 ***** *********, the salesman, told me I got three free oil changes for purchasing the vehicle from them. Now they are telling me I got the oil changes by purchasing the service contract. I declined any type of service contract. My signature was also added to a Drive Pur antibacterial treatment form that I was also not told about and did not agree to pay for. They lied and I did not look at the paperwork until I heard about the investigation for fraud. I did speak to ****, a Manager at Kia on 02/17/23 and he is asking me to come to review the paperwork that I signed on 02/21/23 He states that the electronic signature could not be used to falsify what I was signing but I do not believe him. He also stated all the claims of contract fraud are crap and that no one can prove it anyway. I know I declined the extended warranty and was never told about the service contract or special cleaning. Also, the sale price is more than what I was told. On the documents my signature is the same in each spot.. they took 1 signature and applied it to whatever forms they wanted... How is it legal that they use this and how could I know what I was signing? I told ****** ******** that I was concerned about that when I was signing and he told me not to worry and that all Dealerships do the paperwork this way now. These forms are not what they were showing me on the screen while I signed. I trusted them and should not have.

They lied on my credit application to the bank on the deal I signed on Feb 28,2022. This resulted in me having to do a new deal (that was a higher payment) I was promised that my registration would be paid, 3 oil changes and 3 tanks of gas as compensation. Before that when I looked at the car before purchasing I noticed there wasn’t a spare tire and I was promised that that would be included free before signing the original deal, only IF I filled out their Kia customer survey and gave them all the answers that were highlighted in a packet. I did that despite all the negatives I have experienced just so I could get the tire. It has been 8 weeks and have yet to get the tire and they are refusing to pay for the registration. They are claiming they don’t owe me anything since nothing was in writing, and that it is hearsay.
