      Had Redrock Nissan repair my washer fluid unit and paid $100 deductible. Took home and added fluid and it ran out on the ground.Told I would have to pay again to have a missing O=ring installed. They had to have left it out and lied about it.

      I got a vehicle from red rock Nissan and after a few years of paying it off I had to do a repossession because so many mechanical issues were rising up with my vehicle, I couldn't keep up with the payoff of loan and mechanical. The transmission from second to third gear would ram the vehicle up to 6-7 rpm. To aggressively get through second gear, multiple speakers were going out etc. When I got this vehicle it had two other owners before me and didn't have all the information on its damages which costed me money. it should have been not having any issues at all. I wont go back to Red Rock Nissan again, and tell everyone to stay away.

      While I love the vehicle I bought from the dealership, luckily, I had the worst possible experience. I traded in a 2018 ************* that granted, did have some damage to the rear passenger door. I was offered $2000 trade in. The vehicle had approximately ****** miles on it. We thought this was absurd so asked for additional services to the vehicle we wanted to purchase and were laughed at by finance manager *********** and told verbatim, So you just want me to give you $2000(what the services were worth)? We decided to leave and asked for our keys back. ****** literally ran after us while we were reversing out and decided to add in the service. I should have known to leave then, but I really wanted the vehicle. The communication between the salesman and I afterwards to set up the service was abhorrent. I was told they ordered the parts and could drop the vehicle off for the service that would take 2 afternoons. I was told multiple different stories, come a week later, and got a text from service saying I could contact them during the service. I asked if it was ready yet since it was well past the two day timeline only for the service manager to call me and tell me they hadnt even ordered the parts. They had my car for 2 weeks without even having ordered the parts for the service they told me would take 2 days. ****** offered some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. He was extremely belittling, dishonest, and clearly lacked integrity. The salesman was unfortunately likely a byproduct of poor management and had to make excuses continuously to erase their mistakes. Upon looking at their website, they priced the traded in Jeep at $16,000. I bought it in 2019 with ****** miles on it for $18,000. Again, I got a $2000 graded in value. Absolutely terrible experience. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I would warn against it. Terrible customer service, horrible communication, and extremely dishonest employees.

      My 25 year old daughter moved to ******** a few years ago to attend University. She entrusted this company when choosing to purchase a vehicle. They sold her an extended warranty. The motor then failed and required a brand new motor which was covered under the language of the paperwork. I live 9 hours away and have been corresponding via phone. They have refused to give her a new motor siting it is the warranty company that is at fault and we recently dropped them bc they are so horrible. WHAT!? So instead of standing behind the warranty and the vehicle they sold to my daughter, they attempted to put her into a used pickup at a reduced price. Then they told her sorry its not available. Then they were pressuring her to get into a lease. Definition of ued car dealership to ***. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them! Stay away and BUYERS BEWARE!!

      I went to Red Rock Nissan searching for a newer and all wheel drive vehicle. The first visit ended very distasteful. I was super impressed with the salesman *** *****.however the staff member 'working the deal's came out after a couple hours and tried 'hard sell' tactics with numbers I clearly stated I would not do. I eventually left with NO intentions of ever returning to that dealership. Now..the next day I received a text from the actual sales manager Caleb. He was concerned about my experience and asked me to come talk to him..which I did. TOTALLY different interaction. I told him what I was looking for, the numbers I would accept. Within an hour he had the perfect vehicle with perfect numbers. We ended up making the deal very satisfied with both the attention and great service Eli and Caleb provided. My partner ***** and I wholeheartedly recommend..if you are looking for a great deal, a stellar salesman and a conscientious sales manager..go to Red Rock Nissan..ask for Eli ****. You will be glad you did!

      I think Marina & Corddaryl were polite and helpful making sure we had the best deal. I have never had this kind of great service.
