Me and three roommates lived in a rental property that was managed by Freedom Property from July 2020 to August 2022. We moved out on August 31, 2022 as specified by our lease. As of today, November 19, 2022, we have not had our security deposit returned to us. We have called many times to see what is taking so long and they keep telling us “we’re gonna send it this week.” We still haven’t gotten our deposit back after moving out 80 days ago.Customer response

I filed a complaint against Freedom property management on November 19th. Case #********. As of today we have received our security deposit and I would like to drop the complaint.
