Resolve Home Buyers engaged in a contractual agreement to sell the home. Resolve Home Buyers provided fraudulent information to the buyer regarding the work done to the home, permits, inspection, warranty, and refused to allow the buyer to gain access to important areas of the home in order to have an inspection fully completed.

Please direct all concerns to your Real Estate agent. We will not be contacting you directly as this transaction was handled through licensed real estate agents. I also ask that you use the word Fraud carefully in the future and consider the ramifications of false accusations. Our good name is very important to us and we work hard to work with all sellers a buyers ina. fair and honest way. Thankfully we have many satisfied customers who can vouch for our honesty.
You entered into a purchase agreement to buy a property and were given ample time to do inspections on the property. In fact, we even extended the inspection time frame so that you could do additional inspections. There is no property disclosure because we never lived in the property. I actually never even saw the property, so I have nothing to disclose. But our real estate agent did his very best to provide you all the information he could on work and repairs that had been done to the house. Unfortunately, that wasnt enough for you, which is OK.
Im sure that we will all move on and find better opportunities in the future.
Again, please direct all concerns and complaints the your real estate agent that represented you in the transaction.
