2nd Location: Big Dog Satellite TV **** ** ********, Montrose CO 8140###-###-#### Issue: CAN'T CANCEL MONTHLY BILLING. I've made 5 phone calls to these people, and have left messages over the past several months. They have NEVER responded. I want to cancel my automatic billing on my Visa credit card. I no longer want their services. I physically went to their Montrose address to discover they weren't there. The previous occupant had been there 3 years. Visa has given me two months credit when I filed a complaint with them, but they can't cancel without authorization from Big Dog Satellite TV Called Visa again this morning. They gave me a Pocatello Idaho phone number for Big Dog. Left message. NO response as of this writing. ###-###-#### I'm thinking this is fraudulent? TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!!!!Business response

Dear Mr. *****,
According to our system notes, we received your call on 3/30/2022 and we were able to cancel your monthly warranty service subscription. We do apologize if there were prior attempts to cancel this subscription, however, we do not have these stated communications on record.
Any service work provided after the cancellation of our $6 monthly warranty subscription does have a minimum service charge of $150 per service call.
Additionally, we will send you a reimbursement for the last 5 months of payments you have made and were allegedly unable to reach anyone at our office. The total we will mail to you in the form of a check payment is $30.00 to the address we have on file. This will be sent no later than 4/30/2022.
