            25 minutes agoNEW We have a bernina 480 which jammed and we had to take for repair. Hi fashion took ten days to fix and spent two hours fixing. The machine was less than a year old. When we asked about the warrenty we were told that it was due to use. **** told us that it had jammed and did not know why and it was not covered by warrenty. **** did not give an explanation of why the jam occurred and was very arrogant and not very customer friendly. I would advise anyone who want to buy a bernina to buy it else where because hi fashion will not take care of you and make you think it was your fault. Avoid at all costs.

            The customer wanted the machine fixed for free but the problem was not covered by Bernina warranty. They were sewing football Jersey fabric that should be fine but it got jammed up. Sorry but the warranty does not cover that. I give all my customers that buy a high end machine a $50 coupon to use for service and issues like this but they did not present it, thats like my own little warranty I do. I may have came off as arrogant but my service department is overwhelmed right now, I even took that machine home and worked on it at night to get it done, and this is the thanks I get.

            Come on "I give all my customers that buy a high end machine a $50 coupon to use for service and issues like this but they did not present it" you did not even discuss this, you were to busy being arrogant and the victim. We are the reason that your business is even there, we are your customers we buy your expensive machines and expect better service. You did not even tell us how to not have the problem to happen again. Treat your customers good and they will keep your business going, don't and they will not.
