Regarding Confirmation Number 81464740, when attempted to check in the room, the card was declined. Then the front desk rep created a new reservation for the stay, not realizing a no show charge would be applied to the existing reservation. A credit card change should have been applied to the existing reservation instead of creating a new reservation. As a consequence, a no show charge of $119.81 was applied to my credit card ending in 7362 on February 3th, 2024. The hotel room was indeed used, so "no show" is not true. This time I will take off the noshow charge and have refunded the credit card, we usually require this to be done in the same month, not over two months later

I am rejecting this response because:I have not seen the amount refunded yet.
Also, I made a claim within a month and the claim remained responded. I just escalated due to lack of response.
