I purchased JBS products that clearly showed false advertising, improper packaging and was deceptive. There was no contact info on packages. I attempted to call the listed phone number on their website which disallowed connecting to the operator or any other options unless the consumer knew the names of JBS contacts. After more research, discovered JBS Leadership names and after DOZENS of calls, I was given promises of call backs. This never occurred. Made more calls and filed out on line ticket, but same result - that this company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there is a kid that gets sick from their product, please document that JBS has failed their customers.Customer response

I keep trying to send pictures of packaging, etc. but fails to proceed due to size. Please try to call JBS and you will fully understand my complaint. The promise to get back in touch but do not. There was not steak in the package but rather bits and pieces of meat. They did not want to hear about my valid issue. I will try to just send one picture. My main complaint is the complete failure of their phone system and response to me. What if a child got sick? Should they just keep processing the contaminated meat or chicken or pork, distributing it to the consumer?
