I brought my bike to the John Elway dealership in Greeley on 8/9 for repairs and an oil change. I have a third party extended service plan (Cornerstone ESP) that the dealer does not directly participate with. Therefore, I requested a work order from the dealership. The process is then for me to submit the work order from the dealership to the ESP for approval of the work and eventual refund. Parts should not be ordered or maintenance completed until I receive the work order and approval by the ESP. I have repeatedly and unsuccessfully requested a work order by email and have attempted to call the service advisor (Austin C*****), the service managers and have also communicated with the General Manager (Pete C*****). I have yet to receive a work order after 30-days and the dealer still has possession of my motorcycle. I will upload the email threads as a reference.Business response
