We purchased our house June 2023. Our 2024 *************** were due in April. I received a letter from the requesting I set up an account to pay the dues. I attempted to do so and their online portal said our house address does not exist. Since then I have called and emailed multiple times. I have gone to the office during normal business hours to find the doors locked and no one there. I have been trying for months to figure out a way to get this resolved since we are past due. They keep sending us letters in the mail reminding us our dues are due yet they will not contact me back to resolve it. I know they charge late fees and at this point it is not appropriate we get charged anything since they have failed to get back to me when I have exhausted all options to try and get this resolved.They also include in the fees the operation of a water fountain at our main entrance which they removed yet the fees have remained the same. We should not pay for something that no longer exists.Customer response

The company did reach out to me finally and helped me. It is still an issue however with many people not being able to reach them and not hearing back from so even though in my case they reached out it took significant effort from board members in me neighborhood to get there.
