              I hired Skyline Roofing to repair my roof. My insurance company mailed me a check in the amount of $2,000, the down payment for the repairs. I signed the check and mailed it to Skyline roofing care of Tyler S****. The check was cashed on 9/28/2021. After about 2 weeks i contacted Mr. S**** to see when to expect to have someone come out to repair my roof. He said he had to wait on the material to come in, I said ok. After another 2 weeks I reached back out to Mr. S**** to see when to expect someone and was told they were delayed due to rain and another larger job. I continued to reach out to Mr. S**** and kept getting the run around, so I decided to just ask for a refund to find a new contractor. Mr. S**** continues to say the check is in the mail, but I have yet to receive it. He told me that he would be in town on Wednesday January 26, and he would hand deliver it on Friday, January 28, I never heard anything from him. I do not know what else to do to get the refund so my roof could be repaired, please help. ******
