They broke my molding on my break light. I went in one day and the guy told me come back the next day cuz he didn't do my window. So I went back the next day and they told me they would look into it to see if they broke it or not. That the owner would check cameras and call me back. And I still ain't heard from the owner. I know they broke it cuz it's broke perfectly on the same spot both sides right where the replacement window has a curve. And also when it rains the water drips in a straight line where it's broke. And it never did that before the replacement window. I feel like they just don't want to fix there mistake.Business response

Hello,
I'm sorry you feel we broke your break light. The break light that was already broke when the vehicle was brought in. When completing the install the break light portion of the vehicle was not touched as it was not attached to the window.

It was not broke and is funny that it's broke on the same spot both sides right where the glass is.Business response

We have reached out to ********************* and he is scheduled tomorrow in our shop for repair. This has been resolved.
