I just spoke AGAIN to a customer service manager today about my ongoing issues with REFI JET. I called to today about 2 pm because out of NOWHERE they are requesting more documents after I closed on an auto loan almost a month ago and have itball set up with a bank to make payments. The car was paid off by the bank May 20th. The customer service representative hung up on me after I told her that it "sounded like it was their mistake and not mine" and then nobody would answer my cal, I called they picked up and hung right up. It's like an 18 year old teenage relationship! I had to call the new loan line to ask for a manager. He ENSURED ME he would GET TO THE BOTYOM OF THIS AND SEND ME HIS NUMBER SOON AS OUR CALL ENDED. 6 hours later, nothing but constant emails from REFI JET bombarding me with requests for documents. I've received 8 emails. Refi Jet failed to follow appropriate legal protocol on my paperwork for my car and has my loan paperwork messed up. I've had so many text messages, calls from so many different people, phone numbers during this process, it is unbelievable. I want a manager on the phone with me as I send over any document. This should have been done a month ago.
