I would like to thank the Overage Refund Group and ********************* for an outstanding job in recovering money for my siblings, and I from the auction of our parents home that was actually part of a reverse mortgage. ********************* reached out about five months ago and stated there was a Sheriffs auction on our deceased parent's house. The house had actually been vacant for over three years in the *****************. ***** was very professional and actually reached out to me via text message and introduced himself. We had several phone calls and he was very professional and sent links to his company and testimonials, I decided after some research to proceed with the Refund Overage Group Both my sisters and I had been contacted multiple times by many different people, but this was the first group that actually reached out in a very professional manner and explained the process to us, and we realized it was not a scam.They explained the process and that if a house that is in a reverse mortgage is auctioned off at a later time, those additional proceeds above the balance owed actually go to the heirs of the deceased. The bank/state auctioneers do not have to inform anyone that the house sold for more than was owed and if the balance remains unclaimed for a specific amount of time they get to keep it. ***** and his team research these types of situations and reach out for people like my sisters and I and help recover that money that is yours.Less than 5 months later my two sisters and I received checks that were thousands of dollars each.The process was easy and ***** and his team did all the work! ***** and ***** were very helpful in getting our overage to us. They were kind and professional. Id recommend them. We didnt even know there was an overage or what to do to claim it. Very helpful. That being said, I do feel their fees were a bit high. 35% was a pretty big chunk out of the money. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But Id give them 4.5 stars.
