On December third ************************************************************************************************************* the wall at the hotel, which cannot be safe. I have also submitted pictures of what the pool did to my hair with the location setting on to prove that it was at their hotel, and next to my room number. I have attached pictures of my hair before. I work for a pool, so what I know is that if their pool can turn my hair this color green when it was platinum blonde it is unsafe to be in let alone be open. I have tried to contact the hotel by calling by email and when I was there, I tried to speak to someone and they all shut me down and just gas lighting me and blew me off. It cost me $300 to fix my hair and with the condition of the room I shouldnt have had to pay for a room. I would like a refund for my room. or a credit to stay somewhere else and I would like them to reimburse me for my hair. I will be also attaching the receipt for my hair.Business response

This is something that happens sometimes, the hotel does not use any pool chemicals intended to turn people's hair green. It happens all over in different pools.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I manage a pool and it does not happen to this extent to the point where I have to dye my hair to get it out. So since you guys dont want to take responsibility I will be.not only calling the health department to test your chemicals and sending pictures of the condition of your room and pool to the management company I will make sure everyone knows the quality of your hotel.
