      I ordered through email on the 30th of June. They did not deliver my object too shipping on the 12th of july and they charged my card. I was out of 250 dollars over drawn on my account and they delayed shipping. I want money plus the loss of time added to my bank account. They ruined my account trying to rip me off.

      Purchased a New, Amazon listing clearly shows this, on 8Sep2022. R&L Carriers delivered the fixture on 14Sep2022. Only 1 box was received. Light fixture to be in 1 box, power cord to be in another. Power cord in with light fixture. Fixture scratched, pieces missing, adhesive tape on edges, light surface dirty, wiring faded. Want what I bought a new, not opened light fixture with power cord. I have all paperwork and photos. Delivery driver also witnessed inspection of number of boxes received.

      Our store that fulfilled the order should have checked the product to ensure it wasnt damaged. They didnt. Our ecommerce team did reach out to the customer and refunded him immediately and apologized profusely for the error made by one of our stores. This is not indicative of our process, we just had a store make a mistake. It was cleaned up and addressed with the store team to ensure it doesnt happen again

      I am rejecting this response because:Your store did not provide me with a package pick up. The item was over 50 pounds. Im disabled and had to manage to get this loaded, unloaded and carried to the drop off location by myself.  You said return shipping was my responsibility even though you made a mistake. Thanks again for caring so much about your customers.

      I attempted to purchase a piece of electronic equipment. A pH and EC continuous monitor for $297 and change. They emailed me to let me know the item was actually out of stock. We emailed back a forth a few times to attempt to find a suitable replacement product and were unable to find one. I then asked for my money back and they told me they voided the transaction. I have emailed back and forth about 18 times now trying to get my money back, and they brush me off each time repeatedly telling me they don't have my money. I provided them with bank statements and clear evidence that they did in fact have my money. They still claim they don't and no longer respond.
