              I contacted *****************************. He has generated multiple companies to conduct same activities, including Kitchen Equipment contractors, LLC and Design Fabricators LLC, Visionary Foodservice solutions, etc. I purchased a 2-stack pizza oven . After ***** sent me some pictures of the machine that he claims it was in his warehouse, we agreed on a purchase price of $16,125. The amount was wired to his company account ending with ****. The transaction was made on July 29, 2022. Since then, ***************************** claimed that the machine is being shipped but we did not receive it. After 60 days from the purchase date, We found that ***************************** couldn't deliver the pizza oven. So we asked a full refund. ***************************** agreed to fully refund us. We provided him our bank account. He told us several times he would wire. However, we didn't receive the refund. Now he is not responding to my calls or text. We want our money ($16,125) back.

              He also does this to his employees, was told a certified check was mailed, but after one month never received. When reviewing the Court website ***** the owner has several cases against him yet he can drive around in baller cars, boats, and fancy watches on other people's money lol, looking forward to seeing him in court soon. I pray others won't be scammed by him
