My business paid Pike Promotions $588.65 on 11/28/23 for twelve (12) pullover sweatshirts with the business logo on them, which were intended to be holiday gifts for employees for the company holiday party on 12/15/23. The sweatshirts were delivered on 12/12/23 with considerable damage, including blue ink stains on each sweatshirt, one sleeve sewn shut (making the sweatshirt unwearable), and one sweatshirt with a large amount of misplaced fabric sewn into the inside of it. ********************* was immediately contacted and sent photographs of the damage, at which time she instructed me to wash them and see if the stains came out. I did, and the staining persisted. I notified her of this and she apologized and sent an employee to pick them up on 12/13 to "fix them". They were returned that evening with even more damage than they were originally delivered with (bleach stains throughout the fabric from where they tried to remove the staining). ********************* was immediately contacted again, provided with photo evidence, and I requested a full refund. ********************* apologized, said that "this is not the standard her company provides", promised to "make it right" and provide a full refund AND replace all 12 sweatshirts. I did not request for them to be remade and emphasized my desire for a full refund only. She did not ask to pick up the damaged sweatshirts at any point in this discussion or after. She said her "accounting department" was out of the office but that the refund would be processed soon, even though I paid her personal Zelle. After this call, I did not hear from ****** and my refund never came, nor did any remade sweatshirts. Once I reached back out to her, she informed me that she would not be providing a full refund as promised. I then hired an attorney to send a demand letter to Pike Promotions requesting the promised refund, which was not responded to. Photos of the damage and a full account of the issue can be found in the demand letter attached to this complaint.
