** was very professional and gave us more than we expected for our home. The process was very easy. We closed in just over a week and even got a free rent back. We were downsizing into a senior community, he let us leave any thing we wanted behind and he donated it to charity for us. After the unexpected death of my mother, I was faced with the daunting task of selling the house she lived in for almost 40 years. I was so relieved to meet *** of First Integrity Home Buyers before I ever tried to list the house. It was somewhat neglected and needed repairs, and I was overwhelmed with taking care of renovations while living over two hours away. *** was so easy to work with, communication was great and there were no hidden surprises along the way. We were able to avoid the trials of a customer-direct sale and expedite the process. ** and ****** were supportive and upheld their commitments at every step.
