    I hired *********************** to do my taxes. I had never filed a tax return before as I was newly divorced. She was recommended to me by a divorce group that caters to women of divorce and or domestic violence. I trusted her. She put together my taxes, and I told her they were good, but not to file them until the date that filing taxes was due so that I could make sure that there was enough money in my account for the draft by the **** That date would be April 15, 2024.On April 5, I reached out to her and told her not to file my taxes, but throw them away because I had decided to file Taxes with my husband as we were for that tax.. She said yes.My ex-husband went to file our joint taxes only to find out that she had already filed taxes, instructions and agreements to do so until April 15.I reached out to her and initially all she did was blame her administrator and not take any Responsibility for what she had done.. Her mistake cost me over $3500.I asked her to fix the problem promptly so that I could get my money back from the **** I was told that she would get to it when it was convenient for her. I have all of the emails to show the correspondence between us. I had to get a third-party involved in order to get this resolved. It was recommended to me by the third-party To request a full refund, but a partial one considering all of the trouble she had put me through.She denied my request for a partial refund and offered me what she called a professional apology alone.I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to collect $200 at the $400 she charged me to do my taxes.I am a single parent who has to pay for my sons education And I will wait weeks if not months or ever to get my money back from the **** They made a huge mistake. They treated me poorly. They do not represent women. Im asking for your assistance to gain a partial refund.

    My taxes prepared by ***** were a complete debacle! Numbers completely wrong! Even after I paid her EXTRA money to ensure accuracy by doing a "scrub"! My financial profile was completely skewed & inaccurate based upon her errors preparing my taxes. I had to consult another tax professional who found multiple issues that ***** took no ownership of. I requested ***** refund me due to needing my taxes completely redone! I was given excuses &I was given excuses & ultimately ignored multiple times. I paid for a tax return that totally misrepresented my tax/financial status and cost me thousands! I can't completely convey my disappointment. Poor customer service, Very Unprofessional, NO ownership, blamed the client! Keep your lame ******************** I've requested a refund!

    ******, your allegations are completed unfounded and we are greatly disappointed that you feel the way you do. Our company had spent several hours seeking to get your financials in order and helping you be more organized and clear about your business expenses. Additionally, it is our policy with ALL clients to sit down and review taxes line by line to ensure their accuracy and your agreement with the numbers based on the information YOU provided. At no time after any of the tax reviews [prior to delivery] did you indicate anything was wrong or anything was missed. We have been in business for more than 20 years and most clients have been with us for nearly 15 of those years. With a MBA in finance, being a former Financial Advisor, IRS Enrolled Agent, etc., it is difficult to truly believe that not only was the work substandard but that you were treated poorly. Our Sr. ********** has over 40 years as a CPA and reviewed the work and found no errors. It is his decision to refund clients. As you never indicated except once that there were any issues we regret that a refund cannot be offered as we did correct the one mistake found. We understand that you want to voice your concerns but truly do not feel that online platforms with angry comments are appropriate. We trust you will have a better experience with another company.

    My response to this company-Unfounded allegations? Lets focus upon the facts:-I paid a pretty ***** spending EXTRA money for a "scrub".... MY TAXES WERE WRONG!- I was unaware my taxes were wrong until my banker informed me of issues with my tax return.- I TRUSTED your company's expertise- I was failed and ended up paying thousands in unanticipated taxes.-I feel poorly treated when I pay for a service that ends up with a dismal result, business ignores my requests for ********** have to pay someone else to perform task I've already paid for without refund.-My comments are accurate and true. My hope is that other's will know my opinion and experience with your company.
