This complaint takes place over the last six months. I have a monthly subscription with Massage Envy where I pay a monthly fee to have a monthly massage. I have not been able to have a monthly massage in the last six months. When I was able to make appointments to have massages or facials scheduled, they cancelled the appointments. I went on to find an appointment for a 60 minute massage - which I pay a monthly subscription fee for - and on 1/10/23, I cannot get an appointment until 2/21 - well over a month. They are selling something they cannot provide. It is fraudulent. I'm cancelling my subscription because I have over a year of appointments I cannot use and I cannot schedule. I would love to get some of the money back because I could not schedule. But I also want people to be warned not to sign up for this service that is fraudulently offered.Initial Complaint

Massage Envy has been charging my credit card for monthly services. After numerous calls and a visit to the business for discussion with the manager, this business continues to automatically charge my credit card
