Consumers are alleging Timeshare Termination Team is continuing to bill their customers monthly for a vacation package that has been paid off. Consumers claim they have been unable to contact Timeshare Termination Team to request a refund. Consumers are alleging Timeshare Termination Team was on morning TV around 2019 out of Raleigh NC promoting timeshare termination service. Consumers state that if they cancel, there is a percentage-based fee depending on how much they are owed, and they must send in documents stating they wish to cancel. Consumers are alleging Timeshare Termination Team is keeping the fee and not canceling the contract. Fees can start at as much as $2,995.00. Consumers are also alleging that Timeshare Termination Team was heavily advertising in local press and TV claiming to have a good BBB rating, and after review have found Timeshare Termination Team has filed for bankruptcy.
