              I ordered a wheel through this company and I tried to cancel the order because it was the wrong size. They shipped the wheel to me and I requested a refund and shipped it back. They recieved my wheel on May 28th and have said they have had staffing issues and could not issue my credit for my refund. Now they are not replying to me emails or giving me any kind of updates. I have more documentation if needed.

              Well maybe I should've looked at these reviews before I bought something from them. I waited several weeks for it to arrive direct from the vendor (not Throtl). We quickly determined it wouldn't work for our application so we returned it back to ******. After they inspected it they said they won't issue a refund because of the condition that it is in, used and *****. Well this is the way we received it and it never left the box. Nic in their "customer service" department refused to listen to reason and stood hardfast on their stance of no refund and refused to pass me up the chain to the owner or manager so I could discuss the matter with someone more reasonable. Terrible customer service, read all the other reviews here and you will see.
