I brought my car in for an oil change and to check a squeaking front brake at low speeds on 10-12-24. I was informed this work would take approximately 2 hours, so I arranged for my wife to pick me up. Upon my wife picking me up, I noticed my car driving on ****** towards ******** (this was my way home too). The driver of my car got onto I25 and I followed. I didn't understand why my car was being taken on the highway for a low speed brake noise, but figured maybe they were checking other stuff too and just getting off at the next exit. The driver of my car passed the first exit (Orchard). Suspicious, I continued to follow. The driver of my car exited Arapahoe Rd and pulled into the first right turn then proceeded to pull into the good times drive-thru. I walked up to my car as he was placing his order, and asked if this is normal to take customers cars to a drive-thru and instructed him and his passenger to get out of my car. The driver of my car then sped off at a high rate of speed. Eventually we caught up to him and followed him back to the dealership. I again instructed him to get out of my car. Unapologetic and yelling at me, he did. I expressed my disappointment with the service manager and then left. Upon leaving, I noticed the service tech that had been driving my car unplugged my dash cam before he started driving to make sure I didn't have him on camera. I wonder how many other customers have their cars taken out on joy rides or convenience trips while they think their car is getting an oil change. And how many other times was my car brought out on joy rides with previous visits? I will never do business with this company or it's affiliates again and will be sure to let everyone know to steer clear of this place. Very upsetting.

Terrible if you have any issues after purchase. I bought a vehicle that has been in the shop for over a month (3rd time around). It won't start due to after market wiring done by the previous owner. Over $5,000 in repairs so far. I've left several message for the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, ***** and the General Sales Manager, **** ******. No returned calls. It speaks to the integrity of the organization when they won't even return a phone call.

Our sales manager, **** ****** has spoken with ***** and left several messages. It is our position that any item installed by our dealership prior to the time of sale, in this case the Stargard tracking system, would be replaced if faulty at no charge by our dealership.

Anything else would either potentially be covered by her extended warranty if the component is a covered item, or she would be responsible for any other repairs outside of that. The vehicle was purchased over a year ago and was purchased as-is at that time.

Unlike ******* R who's been doing business with them "for a long time," I won't be buying from the ever again after 1 time experience. After test driving a 10 year old vehicle with reasonable mileage for year (averaged 13k/year), I really did like it. Upon looking at the underside and frame to inspect for rust, I noticed fresh oil droplets on the bottom of the oil pan. Looking around further, it was clear that the seal and gasket were not leaking and there was no explanation for it other than it started leaking while running (under pressure). Looking higher up above the oil pan, oil was leaking from an oil filter housing. Once identified, I had asked for that to be corrected and fixed and ******* our sales person brought it to the attention of a service manager - who stated they would not fix it, as they already put enough into the car by replacing the brake pads, battery, and installing brand new tires. I got a quote for oil filter housing repair (Jeep uses cheap plastic - heat/cool/heat/cool/heat/cool - crack).... My mechanic informed me it was about $800-$1000 repair for $400 part + a few hours of labor. I asked Kuni Lexus if they'd split the cost of this obviously needed repair - and was told no, they already did enough in tires, battery, and brakes to prepare it for sale. Again, this leak was not disclosed, (may not have been caught on their inspection) - leading one to question skills of their mechanics vs shady disclosure practices if they knew about it. I caught them with a legitimate concern and issue and they declined to rectify it. I still purchased vehicle (shame on me) knowing I had a $1000 repair needed. Within the first week of ownership - the check engine light came on and experienced a power failure while driving over a pass. Good luck if you choose to use them for a used care - given shady practices and willingness to let a vehicle be purchased with an obvious defect found - unwilling to rectify it. Never again!

Mr. ******** purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler with over 130k miles. It was sold to him in As-Is condition. When we inspect and recondition these types of vehicles, we make sure they are safe to drive with good brakes, tires, and suspensions. We don't fix every little issue that may be present. Small oil leaks on a 11-year old Jeep are common issues that don't affect the safe operation of the vehicle and can be expensive to fix. He was aware of the issue prior to sale and chose to purchase it anyway. We would have been happy to repair that leak at his expense, but not at the price we were selling the vehicle for.

Below is my complaint to the chair of Lexus of Greenwood Village; Ms ***** ****** that I sent via email to her on 9/1/2024 and got no response back.I was informed that you are the chair of ******. I want to make you aware of the issues Ive had with your dealership, Lexus of Greenwood Village.I have filed several complaints and informed all my family and friends never to visit Lexus of Greenwood Village. I have encountered numerous issues with this dealership, unlike any other, and neither **** nor **** were helpful. In fact, **** was extremely rude during his phone call to **** will never buy a car from this or any ****** dealership again, but I wanted you, Ms. ******* to know what I had to endure and how I was treated. Please see the email chain below. No one should have to go through what I went through with ******. Your executive leadership lacks training on how to ********** a customer complaint and proactively handle customer issues. **** *****, the CEO, has remained silent throughout the entire email exchange, which is a terrible sign of leadership.Additionally, I wanted to inform you that I took my business elsewhere. The other dealership informed me that I did not need to perform all the extra services that your Greenwood Village branch suggested. Your dealership upsells its services without considering the customers best interests. Please note: This email is intended to clarify my situation. I am not demanding or requesting anything from you, except to let you know that your father and grandfather would never have allowed this to ********* a result of no response, I took my vehicle for service at their competitor and a much more customer centric dealership.
