I hired ************************* to make drawings for a new addition to my residence. ***** arrived at my home very professional but he recently found out that he is not a licensed architect. A few days ago, I went through the Yelp Reviews and saw a handful of negative reviews by other customers. ***** says he will deliver and follow through with my projects but he further delays his promises. He is always giving excuses - blaming others ie. county for not getting the building permits for my addition. This has been delayed since August of 2021. The contractor "***** That-Construction, LLC" whom ***** recommended showed up and never completed the construction of my addition. Once ***** got his money of $12,000 he disappeared without a trace. He never called back and never communicated about the progress of the project. Back to *****, he said he submitted requests for building permits and that was 3 months ago. Stil haven't heard back from *****. Every time I text him and ask for updates- his response is always "I'll get with you shortly."Business response

All work-product concerning the construction documents was delivered to the client in a timely manner and within the stipulated fee structure. Numerous revisions were incorporated without additional fees. We provided names and contact information of general contractors for the client's review and analysis. We did not offer any direction in whom the client should hire. The client interviewed the potential GCs and made the decision as to whom she would hire. All of this was done without any charge from us. We have stayed in contact with the client throughout.
