            Made 14 purchases of this product since 02/2023. 14 purchases of exactly the same item. *** sent safety recall for this item on 9/12/2023. Amazon followed with the same message instructing buyers to contact manufactures to request full refund. Upon contacting Similasan Corporation, I was informed only 2 items are eligible for refund and not the other 12. This is not acceptable resolution.             These products are pure snake-oil. Bought the pink-eye homeopathic treatment hoping to get some fast relief from pink-eye symptoms. Its now been a week and symptoms havent cleared up because this product doesnt actually do anything. Shouldve seen my pcp and gotten antibiotic eye drops but unfortunately fell prey to this companies deceptive advertising. Buying these products are a complete waste of money and are potentially dangerous if you dont get proper treatment. This company is predatory and should be banned from selling their snake-oil products in drug stores.

            Hello,We would like to take this opportunity to point out that on our packaging for Pink Eye Relief it states to use "Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 72 hours." The reason that this statement is added to our packaging is because pink eye can be caused by bacterial infection, viral infection, or by allergens. If our product does not bring relief to the redness, burning, watery discharge, or sensation of grittiness about 72 hours of use as directed than it is recommended to see a doctor as the underlying issue may be beyond the scope that our product is formulated to bring relief for.
