I have always believed in the power of referrals. And a recent experience reaffirmed my faith in drawing on great references. When it came time for me to sell my home and move out of state to be closer to family (July, 2023), I followed the advice of my next-door neighbor who highly recommended *********************************************** Bottom line, the selling process couldnt have been easier. Based on years of experience with the *************** area and his knowledge of the ever-changing market, **** felt he could sell my home in the first weekend, and he also recommended an asking price that was generous, but fair. He listed my home on a Friday, had the Open House on Saturday, and I accepted an offer that came in on Sunday at above the asking price. **** readily answered any question I had. His follow through is immediate. In short, he is a professional that can be counted on throughout the entire process, from the initial market appraisal to the final closing. I only wish my experience where I am moving to was as smooth, pleasant and professional as on the selling end. So, I am happy to offer this reference. **** sold my townhouse for significantly more than the asking price. He negotiated with the buyer on several items that were asked for and it was favorable to both parties. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and the townhouse sold in two days.Review from John S
