I was a subscriber to Yourgipet Bestlife at the rate of $60 per month. I was billed my monthly fee on 02/13/**** that would cover my subscription for the next full month. I cancelled my subscription on 02/15/**** and requested a pro-rated refund of the pre-paid subscription. However, the business cancelled my subscription and refused to provide any pro-rated refund. Since there is no pro-rated refund, my subscription should have remained active to the end of the pre-paid subscription period. The business only accepts contact via email. I attempted to contact the business by a phone number they provided when I first subscribed, however, it is just a recording instructing to contact them via email. It provides no option to speak to a person to resolve the dispute or even leave a message.My requested resolution is exactly what I requested from the business at the time I cancelled the subscription -- a prorated refund of the $60 paid for the subscription through March ****.Business response

**** (white Maltese)was dropped off for a four (4 ) night boarding stay at the facility on 29 Dec along with this 1.5 bags of FreshPet food that has to be refrigerated, and a bag of treats. I went today to pick him up and when the staffer brought him out, his feet, legs and face were heavily discolored yellow and brown. He was shaking like a leaf. When I asked the staffer what happened, he responded with "he may have peed and pooped in his crate". As you can see by the attached photos, his feet and legs are covered in urine and f**** The staffer said that they tried to clean him up, but he was not being very still. He is a 1 year old puppy still who wiggles during grooming. It is by no means an excuse for the poor, unsanitary state that they had him in. It is easily defined as cruel and abusive to have an animal sit in their own f**** and urine for an extended period of time. Additionally, the partially used bag of Fresh Pet food that I picked up with him was the Fresh Pet brand which requires refrigeration. The bag was not even cold, so it was just sitting out some where, but it was not the refrigerator. The staffer at the desk took the payment and no one offered any explanation for the poor service. With this kind of treatment of an innocent puppy, they should not be allowed to have an animal care treatment facility and ************ responsible for ****'s care should be fired. I want all of the funds back for the boarding and the funds associated with his Neutering appt they they clearly are not qualified to complete. So sad for ****. They should be charged criminally for abuse and cruelty to an animal.Initial Complaint

Got this plan from destination pet for a dog I once had I stopped payment from them because I no longer have the dog and wanted to know how much I need to pay to cxl product, got several emails about the payments and I responded to the emails but now I no longer is working so not sure what can be done about this product being paid. I tried calling and left several messages and no one had gotten back to me. Now theyre saying that theyll send the account to collections. Just need this situation resolvedCustomer response

Two of my dogs were misdiagnosed by this clinics veterinarians- when I sent a complaint to their office, I was booted from the clinic. They cost me over 2000$ for one dog and another 1500$ for another dog, had they diagnosed correctly I would have spent money on the correct treatments.Business response

We are very sorry for the negative experience you received at our location. We strive to give the best customer service and quality care for both pets and pet parents. Our doctor took great care and concern when diagnosing and providing medical service for both pets. We will not be refunding any monies as we provided the medical care that was necessary for both pets. We never want a client experience to end this way however we feel that this was the best decision for our staff, clinic and all parties involved.
