Stan installed my roof after a hailstorm in Colorado and I questioned the installation of the steel roof. They had a Decra rep come out( now questioning if it was) and said yes. This was in February of 2015. Move to today and I have water draining down the siding of my house because they failed to correctly fit a "v" channel and they shorted the edging. Had the roof inspected by a local company and was told the roof was not installed per manufacturers specs. Stan has a 10 year warranty and I am doing everything to abide by his simple rules but he as of this point accuses me of not paying my bill 8 years ago? Then why did you send out to my mortgage company a referral check of 3500? There has been no lien. Told me that the amount would be over 40k now so I can use that amount to buy a new roof from someone else. We are in pursuit mode and will follow this to the end. Trusted Stan to protect my home and he is causing more issues. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Well ********************* seems to be in desperation mode at this time.... Never operated in ********? Your ******** License number in 2015 was **SSN**0 registered in the *****************. Hmmm I have written communication with ********************* who accepted my ** mail return receipt of which one is dated 11/2/2015 that she signed for from myself to Intelligent Design in ***********, *********. In fact I even have her response to the billing questions she had ****. I believe she is your wife? So before you go telling the world how you never operated in ******** remember I do have communication between ** that I can place on this site and others. Now the real business ****-- I have done as your warranty requests by having the roof inspected. Well beside the poor craftsmanship for esthetics, improper placement of the under framework, roof vents that are installed upside down and flashing for the valley cut way too short that it has caused water damage to the structure I would like to request you pay for the new installation of the roof. If you so choose to take the route of disclaiming you ever worked or had business in ******** I will then publish our communications including the one that you told me "good luck" on you taking care of the warranty issue. Yes to everyone reading this I have a text message from ********************* telling me "good luck" and the he will never take care of the issues his company created. BE AWARE of this man and his so called do good company. They take the money and run. **** I am awaiting your response to the certified letter I sent to you and you signed for on 4/25/2023
