I hired this company to perform security and clean up at my wedding. The venue then shut down and I was informed that they would not be assisting with my wedding any longer even though it has been rescheduled. I did not request a refund initially. I made other suggestions on how they could still render services. They declined and have not provided me with any type of solution, compensation, or refund. Since they won't be assisting me (by their choice) and I paid the total amount upfront, I am forced to seek other measures. They have not fulfilled their obligations as outlined in the contract. I understand that the contact does not allow for any refunds but if thats the case I would still like their services and they are refusing to do so.Customer response

Hello, this is my most recent correspondence with JDs security letting me know that they will not be fulfilling their end of the contract. I paid in full.
