We regret hiring ****. He doesnt have experience, knowledge, and most of all the integrity, despite how well he presents himself at the outset. We hired him to do our basement finish and master bath remodel, and although we started strong, the shoddy work soon became clear. His team was messy and careless; they left trash around our property, did the work phases in the wrong order, spilled paint on brand-new carpet, coated our entire home in construction dust and tracks, ruined the texture and paint, and they even drank our sodas and ate our food without permission. They also drank alcohol on site and smoked cigarettes inside. We were more than patient and let **** know of our concerns. Once our project went over the timeline, he became much less communicative and responsive, and the work quality only declined more. He sent us his least-quality guys, even some he had never worked with before. What began as a three-month project drug on, and we didnt have our master bath for four months with little concern or care from him. The final straw was when he demanded money from us when he had said we wouldnt be paying anything more until the project was 100% complete. He tried to make his financial problems and payroll our problem, and he was condescending and unprofessional. He threatened us with additional charges that didnt make sense, and he attempted to bully us into sending him more cash. We invited him to meet with us and work through the issues, but of course, he simply vanished, ghosting us and ultimately abandoning the job. Weve been left with the mess to clean up and the work to have finished. We would never hire **** again for any work or for any reason. If I could give him zero stars, I would.
