Under no circumstances would I recommend this company to anyone. We had a cleaning service done back in October of last year and they have yet to come back and repair the holes they left in our ventilation system. And that's just part of the story. Initially they said on the phone the job would be around $200. Upon the technicians arrival and quote, that turned into over $1000. We wanted it done, so we settled on $500. The job was only suppose to last 3 hours, however, when you take 2-45 minute breaks, that starts to add up. Upon completion, the technician showed me the check list and admittedly did not take pictures post job as he was supposed to. In my opinion, it was because my husband wasn't home. I would have asked him to take them anyway, but after he took so long, I needed to tend to my family and needed him and his equipment out of our house. He lost screws to our vents, he left a dirty vacuum bag on our porch and again, didn't patch the holes he put in our ventilation. I followed up post job and asked him to return to patch the holes as he should have upon completion of the job. They didn't schedule him for another 3 weeks. Once 3 weeks arrived, they cancelled. This happened 4 times. The last time, they called me at 4:30pm and said if I didn't call back in 30 minutes to confirm our appointment, they were cancelling. Who does that? We naturally didn't get the message until after 5, my husband called then and left a message. It's been crickets ever since.Business response

I do apologies for the experience you have had with our company, When calling in to schedule an appointment we give you the pricing for all your vents and returns and the one free main trunk line cleaning, any additional services or recommendations that the technician has that would be discussed with you and you could either approve the additional work or deny any additional work, so that is where the price had changed. As far as him taking 45 min breaks, I don't have and explanation for that. I know it has been a while since your previous appointment, but my technician ***** has passed away and I have no other technician to send out to you.
