      Horrible customer service, refused to replace a defective refrigerator compressor. I found most of their online reviews were also fake. When I mentioned the faek reviews they immediately blocked my number.

      This is a repost of a fake negative review. 

      I have down everything possible to ensure the parts I installed were not faulty. Even offered to pay for another company of his choosing to have a 2nd opinion he refused. This review is coming after he lost the case with his bank on a charge back. 

      the facts are I replaced his compressor even after advising not to because of a noise but he wanted a new compressor to be safe. The refrigerator is running and cooling still over a year after the repair was made he refused every attempt to make this right as he was just wanting his money back with a working appliance with no issues.

      For a refrigerator compressor that was noisy we were told that new refrigerators in the ****** market were not reliable, and companies test new models here. We replaced our compressor and had issues with it which I raised immediately (way, way, way too loud as confirmed by a decibel meter). I asked for a replacement or refund, and they refused.Upon digging into the reviews on ******* the owner pays for fake reviews for his 2 companies. The reviews are filled with 5-star reviews from fake names with duplicates and typos. Master Appliance Tech represents itself as a well-reviewed company, when in fact, those reviews are fake and paid for.

      We are sorry **** for the inconvenience you are suffering. We made every effort possible that you would let us. We left off with letting the new compressor run for 2 weeks to see if the sound only you were hearing got better or worse. A week later you filled a charge back with your credit card company. Refuseing any more service from Master Appliance Tech. We also offer to pay for another company to come take a look and see if the compressor was in face louder than it should have been. Our tech has determined at the return visit the compressor was working and sounding normal. 

      This started with a compressor with a bad internal spring. Our tech did advise against a costly repair as he also has a refrigerator that makes the same sound and its going on 6 years. You went against his recommendations and moved forward with the compressor replacement. 

      The repair wasnt a smooth replacement as the ordered in compressor was DOA. Instead of leaving you with out a refrigerator while he ordered a replacement he did everything he could to find a replacement the same day while this means we had to go to a part supplier we normally dont use and driving across town and putting the rest of his full day on hold to make sure you received A+ service. The new compressor went in with out any issues sounded normal and passed pressure and vacuum leak test. Took the charge of 134A refrigerant and began to cool as normal. 

      you called the later that day with a noise complaint and we dispatched a technician the next morning who checked everything out and found the compressor to sound like a normal compressor running. You advised that maybe it get louder when it had been running for a while. So we offered another return visit but you would have to unplug the refrigerator for an extended time and plug it in 1-2hr prior to the return so the compressor would have been up and running for time this you refused. 

      Since we were unable to find any issue with the replacement compressor we can not perform a warranty replacement on it. You refused additional service to try and correct any problems and continue to slander Master Appliance Tech and my other business.
