  On July 30, 2022, we agreed to purchase concrete resurfacing for our home driveway and front porch. The sales person's name was ****. On August 1, 2022, ***************************** and a helper performed the work. I signed a contract and paid $1100. The contract specified that there was a "48 month guarantee on all work'. Two days after completion old cracks began to appear in the resurfaced area. I called ****, and he said that they would rework the area to make it right. He agreed to call back to setup a new date. No one has called. Repeated calls and messages on the business phone number have never been return.

  In Aug 2022 a person working for the company came to my home and was talking to me and my daughter about repairing cracks that were in our driveway. He gave a price of $1400 and encouraged us to check work that was done on a neighboring home. We contacted the company several weeks later. I had a crack in my driveway but was more concerned with the large gaps where blocks of concrete met due to the concrete settling over time. I called, talked to ****. *********************** was sent to my home 9/21/22. I explained to him what I wanted done. He agreed and said they could start the next day. I hadn't signed a contract at that time. Upon signing the contract, he wanted to start on 9/23. I told him I had an appt and wouldn't be able to oversee the job. He assured me it would be no problem since he knew what I wanted done and they wouldn't be a bother to me. I agreed due to neighboring job. He said they 'd be there at 7:45a.m. The job would take a couple hours. My daughter was working from home. During the time she was caught up in a lot of meetings with her job and wasn't able to check their work before they left. *** asked for pymt saying they'd finished. Me being in a hurry for my appt thought he'd done everything we discussed as to repair of the driveway, since my daughter and I wasn't able to oversee the job. Upon leaving for my appt., I looked at the driveway. Nothing was done that was discussed. None of the gaps were filled. They did a sloppy job of skimming over the existing concrete. I called **** He said he'd return around 6:00p.m., to check things out giving the concrete a chance to dry. He never showed. Called again the next day 9/24., said he'd be there around 10:00a.m. No show, no call. Called company 9/25. Left message. No response. Called 9/26 left message. **** from company called back said he'd be there between 2:30 and 3:00 to check job and put me on schedule for repair. No show. No call. Would like to have gaps that I paid to have repaired done.
