In April of 2022 I paid Citrine and Gold $3,500 for a year of financial services. During the following **** months, I received information that was inaccurate according to an accountant and mortgage broker, and was canceled on 50% of the time. When I terminated the contract on 3.23.23, she reported that the fees were not for a year and is refusing to return even a pro rated amount.Business response

***** has been refunded the amount that was requested as of 4/24/2023. The check has been mailed. This was decided after speaking to my own lawyer.
***** and I had some miscommunication as far as advice - she was told to seek out the appropriate professionals (such as an accountant) to see if the information applied to her specific situation.
In regards to rescheduling, it was not 50% of the time. ***** also rescheduled once, and ***** approved every reschedule initiated by me.
***** gave me no warning about her disappointment before requesting a refund and refusing to meet for our final meeting.
