Sense July 2021. Currently February 2023. I have been dealing with Atlas Force Contractors. He was recommended by a sales rep who does not work for the steel building manufacturer anymore. Anyway Atlas force showed up and talked the talk and walked the walk. Over promised and under delivered is what I became used to during the process. I know ***** had all contractors extremely busy so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. This project was supposed to be done spring of 2022. It is now almost spring of 2023. I have a metal building standing without garage doors, no final inspection from his Engineer, no gutters. Every recent snow storm keeps drifting into the building and I try to keep shoveling snow out so the concrete that has no steel rebar or mesh from cracking. Last response from Atlas Force was back in November 2022. Garage doors where supposed to be installed before November. I paid half for insulated commercial garage doors that were supposed to be ordered. I can only assume they never were ordered. They are not cheap! As you can imagine. Anyway I have been advised from legal counsel to start with the BBB and proceed. I am currently getting new quotes for garage doors so I can get the building usable and end this nightmare. I am out several thousand dollars as of now! And still no response despite many attempts to contact via text, email, phone call, and voicemail. Thanks
