*********************** of Sabco General Contractors walked out on the job, breaking our contract and has failed to give me his insurance companies name for the damage he caused to my property. He took money that he did not finish the job for. He broke the contract and is responsible for all damage to my property including a flood that caused damage to a bathroom and laundry room caused by his company, incorrectly installed shower heads needing to be redone, incorrectly installed shower doors that have to be redone, incorrectly install shower pan in 1 shower, incorrectly installed fireplaces x2 that FAILED inspection and never worked despite him being paid for all of this. ***** walked out on the job before fixing the many, many mistakes his company made leaving us to have to hire others to fix his mistakes. He took all the money that was paid to him and failed to pay many of his subcontractors. This was a very scary experience since he was not able to perform the jobs he said he could and caused damage to our home only to walk out on us because he was in over his head. I am very sad for his subcontractors that he took their money and ran. He also ordered the wrong vanity and didn't check the size and now I have a vanity that I paid for that is not the right size and have to order the right one. This is going to cost $600. In total Sabco should refund me $7,081.45 and his insurance should cover the damage to the bathroom and laundry room from the leak.
