I strongly advise against using this audit company for dependent eligibility verification for medical insurance. They fail to follow their own procedures and employ argumentative representatives who are anything but reasonable. Despite multiple explanations and resubmissions, they repeatedly denied my husbands eligibility, causing unnecessary frustration and delays. Its baffling that they seem incapable of understanding that not every couple files taxes together. The entire process was a serious waste of time, effort, and energy. If it weren't for my appreciation of my employer, I would have considered resigning due to the headache caused by this company. Avoid conducting business with them at all costs.Review from William S

Consova is not BBB accredited, they were contracted by my employer to be a hindrance to the process of verification for health benefits-for dependents.Review from Ray O

There is no customer support for this company. An associate and myself have both had conversations with your outsourced call centers, and in the middle of a conversation we were hung up on. When you call, people constantly talk over you and do not want to help you at all. This has been a complete run around, and a complete waste of time. You guys are trying to find any reason at all to kick people off of their insurance. At this time I am still trying to complete the process and will continue to leave as many bad reviews as possible. I will actively seek out any sights that review your company, and tell them what a horrible experience that myself and other co workers have had.

Consova provides many avenues to communicate with clients employees who are participating in a Dependent Eligibility Verification. Employees are contacted by physical mail and email as they go through the process. Employees can also contact Consova via online tool, fax, mail, and phone with a live ****************************** to assist them with their verification. ************ was provided the required steps to log in correct and has since completed the process for his dependents.Review from Lisa H

This companies sole purpose is to be ambiguous as possible. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, they do not accept government documents with court seals on them. They boast about how much money they save companies, meaning s**** dependents out of health coverage. The whole process is designed to be so difficult that dependents fall off or give up. Im truly amazed that such a company can legally exist. This is a shameful shameful corporation. Law requires healthcare and then we have companies like this out there trying to desperately get dependents removed over misleading and unscrupulous business practices. This company is pathetic! Absolutely shameful! They hide in the shadows, very difficult to get in touch with, and its by design. Eat my shorts!ConSova Corporation Response

Consova provides many avenues to communicate with our clients employees who are participating in a Dependent Eligibility Verification. Employees are contacted by physical mail and email as they go through the process. Employees can also contact Consova via online tool, fax, mail, and phone to speak with a live representative to assist them with their verification. This employee was provided three months to submit valid documentation, unfortunately, invalid documentation was submitted several times. The employee contact Consova in November ************************************************************** reviewing the record the unverified dependent is over the age of 26 and therefore not eligible to be enrolled in the companies plan based on the plan rules. The last contact with this employee was December 15, 2022. and there is still time to provide valid documentation before the May 15th deadline.Review from Valerie M

The company is doing a verification of eligibility for the company that I retired from one of the documents is an affidavit of marriage I sent in a notarized copy and now they say that's not the one they wanted my issue is they did not link me their copy until after I sent in the notarized document that I had now I had to pay again for another affidavit. This is not the way to do business if they had linked me their form from the beginning I would have save myself the cost of that second affidavit if I could give this company 0 stars I would.....**************************************ConSova Corporation Response
