Walrath installed a high efficiency evaporative cooler last fall. The installation work was good. As part of the installation the first year start up and shut down were included. The start was completed just fine and the cooler works very well. I called on Oct 3 to schedule the shut down and received a return call directly from an employee on the 6th. A voice mail was left. I returned the call twice, leaving a voice mail each time, and once more not leaving a message. It has now been a month since my first call and I have not talked with anyone much less scheduled service. When the cooler was installed Walrath was BBB accredited and had an A or A+ rating. I am dismayed to see they are no longer accredited and the rating is D-. If I receive a reply this week we can move forward, otherwise I will move on.Initial Complaint

I signed a renewal service contract to service my furnace and evaporative cooler, 6/3/2022 $599.00 check was checked 6/30/2022. Ive used them for years, I started calling for service 7/2022 I get no callbacks I emailed the company no response, voicemail says they are experiencing phone problems leave a message. Ive tried at least 25 calls from my landline and iPhone with no response whatsoever. If they are still in business I would like a response. Im on a fixed income and cannot afford to lose that kind of money. Its especially disheartening since Ive used them for over 25 years.Initial Complaint

I have had a maintenance contract with this company for more than 10 years to maintain my furnace and swamp cooler. I pay the fee every Spring for the next year's service which includes shutting down the swamp cooler and servicing the furnace in the Fall and servicing the swamp cooler in the Spring. I have always had good service and have had no complaints until this Spring. This spring I had to make 3 appointments but they did not show up to do the service any of the 3 appointments. Finally I did it myself. I called the company again to talk to the accounting **** to ask for a refund of 1/2 of the maintenance fee and the lady that I spoke to said that she would get back to me. It has been 6 weeks since then and I have not heard back from her. uploading supporting documents is beyond my technical abilities but if needed I can make photocopies and mail them to youInitial Complaint

I made an appointment to have our swamp cooler serviced and opened for the season. I made this appointment in mid-April for a service date of Monday 5/16 at 10am. No one came. I called many times, but no one called me back. I finally called the billing department and let it ring until someone answered. I spoke with ****, and he sent out **** on Friday, 5/20 at 7am. **** could not do the work because he needed a second technician. Someone was supposed to call and reschedule. Ive left numerous messages this week, and no one has called me back. Its going to be very hot today and this weekend. I have done all the appropriate things to receive service, but I am getting no response. Walrath should have known to send two technicians to service the swamp cooler, as they installed it.
