The scam initially started with a phone call from a company call ****************** said to be located in ********* inquiring about purchasing my timeshare in the amount of $45,910 for a client in ******. When I agreed to sell, there was a contract signed with, AES Global Holding Colorado, ******************, ************************* (buyer), and my wife and I.Once signed, then they started telling me that the ****************** required fees to be paid. When this fee was paid, then a tax was owed. After each fee/tax was wired, then another was asked for. When I finally showed signs of backing out, then I was told this was guaranteed by an insurance company **************** When I wasn't paid then the insurance company supposedly sent the funds to ********* for International Settlements) contact person - *******************. Then there was supposedly US taxes to be paid. When I paid these then **** wanted a wire sent for a background check. At this time I refused and have not had contract since and I have not received any funds from anyone. This process was conducted over nearly a year's time, ending in May 2024.This is the short version. I have retained all of the email correspondence throughout the process. My total loss is in excess of $93,000. ( I know I'm a dumb ass). Below are all of the contact information for all parties I was in contact with. I am willing and able to send all of the email correspondences to you if you wish.*********************************** - Representative and *********************** - Standing CFO ****************** ****************************************************** ************ info@treefinancialllc www.treefinancialllc.com ********************* AES Global Holding Colorado, LLC ******************************************************************************** ************ ********************************************* www.aes-globalholding.com ******************* Bank for International Settlements **************************************************************************************** ************ ***********************************
