      -Company is now refusing to issue refund:-Product was purchased from this company 01-21-2021: $198 -Zenith Labs: Vision 20 eye care supplement -They advertise 100% guarantee", money back refund on their web site -I had called and then written them, prior to my order, and confirmed their policy: I have an email from them stating they would honor a full refund after i used the product and saw no changes -I ordered the product and now after having used it any not having had any positive changes in my sight I wrote to them asking how I nay proceed with the refund policy -They replied that it would be up to amazon not them to refund the Charges -I contacted Amazon and because it has been over 1 month Amazon states it is the responsibility of Zenith labs to issue a refund -I am filling a complaint against Zenith Labs to document that they do not hold up to their advertised "100% refund" policy -I have two emails from them one stating that they have a 100% refund policy and the other email now stating that amazon would be responsible for issuing the refund not Them the company

      I purchased the ** ZONE supplment to lower my blood pressure from Zenith Labs. The product had a 180 day guaranteed 100% refund. I contacted the company and ask for a refund which they agreed to. However, i received an email stating that the only way to get a refund would be via a Pay Pal account which i do not have. I offered to provide my credit card information to the company over the phone. They refused and sent an email that Id have to open a Pay Pal account, which i will not do. I have all the emails to substantiate the above statements.

      I received a full refund, however have no way of knowing whether the BBB complaint influenced that decision.

      On April 14 i purchased ****** from zenith labs which shows an address in ****************** do natural i though i was doing business in *******.On April 17 i noticed a 1% foreign transaction fee connected to this purchase. I emailed my credit union and attached is christies reply to my inquiry. I contacted zenith labs inquiring about the name of their financial institution and a number and address.I was told by ****** that they couldn't provide that info. I asked to speak to someone in authority and was told that wasn't possible either. I called **** and they re routed me back to my credit union based on my card# identifying me.This is totally unprofessional of zenith labs by first not disclosing their financial institution is offshore and then buy not escalating my claim up the ladder.
