I scheduled a sprinkler blowout with this company for November 7th and had to pay $135 when scheduling. The day of the appointment the guy showed up and said he could not perform the blow out because we dont have the correct parts. I called right after that to get a refund and they said they would refund me but they never did. I have called multiple times since then and have received an excuse on to why its delayed. I have also emailed at this point as well and still have not received a refund.Customer response

The business got in contact with me and told me they had refunded me and send me a receipt. As of now I still do not see the refund in my account. Ive emailed them again about it but have not heard back yet.

Last year, this company charged $135.00 to my credit card ( the number which was obtained under a different company name ). The charge was for starting the sprinkler system up even though they had no access to the controls or water. This required us to contact the credit card company to have the charge disputed and removed. However, they have again charged us and we have been forced to dispute the new charge. I do not want this to happen again a third time. Is there something I can do to stop this fraudulent activity?
