  To all those working w *****************- she is a fraud!The worst investment i ever did. She has absolutely no organization, everything falls thru the cracks, no follow up and nothing was ever helpful. she wanted me to do a stool test for coaching and health eval and then i did a stool test- had to pay a deposit and i never got my stool results and she has scammed me the $1150 deposit she promised to pay back. says she will pay me every day and never does!! i have mult messages showing she promises to pay me. says she has employees and a team- such a joke. if anyone works for her - I hope you know you are working for a fraud!!worst coach and investment ever! complete disrespect and a liar!*****************************

  I respect that ***************** is upset. I am not a fraud nor is my company. I have delivered the best  coaching for over a decade. ***************** has never once complained about *********** and has always praised my expertise. Yes, it has taken a long time to get ***************** her refund in which she will have this month. However, my company did go above and beyond to pay out of pocket $3000 for peptides for ***************** to express our deepest sympathies in delays with her test. There has been some hiccups and I have apologized sincerely.  I wish ***************** nothing but the best.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The deposit was paid in March 2023- with the promise it was a deposit and would be paid right back when the stool kit was delivered. Well i finally got the kit 4 months later after many stories it was shipped..and no deposit was returned. *** waited 9 months later and still need my money back as promised. i never got the stool results either. so the whole test was a scam and i was promised my deposit.  the whole point is I want my money back that has been promised for 9 months. 

  Mrs *** did do the peptide therapy per her request and choice. I never asked for anything other than  my deposit back.  She did that as a gesture knowing her services/ coaching  had been poor and sub par to me as her client. She had alot of promised things never happen, poor communication and no follow thru. one of her staff also used my credit card on file to order another clients product of $700. I was able to stop and block the charge.. but an example of poor staff management and mistake after mistake. I never raised a complaint on that or filed charges against her for using my card and fraud. I have been patient and kind to Mrs **** thru all the broken  promises made and no follow up or organization. I ask i get my deposit back as promised per her word. I have waited 9 months and been patient so i feel its only fair she return it and not drag this out any more!!!
