5/28/2022 We hired them to move us. They charged us for 4 hours and only provided 2 hours service. They had to drive about 46 miles to our house. They said that the 2 hours of driving each way part of the 4 hours. However, the contract simply states "Time begins when movers arrive, and end when movers are done". They lied and told my husband that the 2 hour drive time was included in the four hours. I asked for a partial refund and when I didn't provide the exact document they requested he yelled at me and hung up on me. When I called back he refused the refund.Business response

we are not affiliated with the bbb nor do we pay for their memebership. This customer had a truck that we fully loaded in ******** and my guys were sitting there waiting for her to figure out if she was getting another truck so they could load it. She couldnt find one so she paid my guys in full in cash and they left. Two days later she called and complained that she wanted money back. Additionally We Did not charge her for moving a fridge. i did tell her that if she provided a uhual booking resevration with a date and time stamp on it that i would refund an hour. because basically what she told me was she had a truck on the way and my guys just left but we take payment at the end of the move so something already sounded off i will refund an hour if i get a time stamped uhaul reservation as stated.
