On10/09/23 my wife and I went to The Good Feet Store looking for a couple pair of good walking shoes ( we were going to a European vacation that involve lots of walking ) after talking to **** ,regional sales director ,during and after the business hour of the store he convinced us that we need their shoes inserts *My wife never had any foot pain or problem and myself have a broken ankle with bone spurs all over my foot *My wife got the whole set for $1,650 and I argh support for $ 550 *After wearing them for about a week my wife feet were hurting very bad and my ankle swollen big ( I went to the doctor the next day and got Cortizone shot to be able to walk also my doctor told me because my condition I should not put this on my shoe *Before the sale I informed the sale person about my condition and He told that will help ,I wander what medical school He went to ?After the vacation on 10/30/3023 we went back to the store and ask for a refund minus the 12% service fee ,of course that didn't happen and when I mention what Dr said and lawyer I was ask to leave or He call the cops keeping my wife in the store I didn't leave but he refuse to give us a refund * The store closes at 6:pm the sales was made at 6:32 pm TGFS is the bigest ripoff in America today and yes we intend to sue * **************************Customer response
