this company has been charging me every month for an account I allegedly open since march, but I did not open an account with them and every time I call they ask me for a number that I obviously do not have and I have tried to send emails but I never got an answer.Business response

Thank you for bringing this customers concerns to our attention and for the opportunity to respond.
This customer purchased a term *************** Contract (***) from ************************************ on January 27, 2021. A copy of the customer's *** was provided to the customer shortly after purchase. The sales call and the first page of text encourage all *** holders to read their contract. The *** has clearly stated coverage,benefits, and exclusions. Customers who decide the *** is not right for them can obtain a full refund. Customers who choose to keep the *** are bound by its terms. Front Range Payment Systems, LLC is the company that processes the billing for the ***. ******************** ("AAS") is the administrator of the ***.
AAS reviewed the sales call between the seller of the *** and the customer. The seller's representative advised the customer at approximately 4:50 minutes into the call that Front Range Payment Systems, LLC (Front Range) was the billing provider. The representative advised the customer that he would ************************ for ********************************************* to send a welcome letter to the customer along with the billing packet. The customer was advised that billing would begin on February 27, 2021,and again mentioned that Front Range would handle the billing. There was no further contact between the seller of the *** and the customer.
The customer has made eleven monthly *********************** for the ***. The customer was advised by the seller of the *** that he would make eighteen monthly payments and the *** would be fully paid after the eighteenth payment. The *** expires on February 25, 2027. If the customer wishes to cancel the ***, he should contact the seller of the *** directly as Front Range and AAS do not have authority to initiate a cancelation.
