      I did the ********** free test, scam. Now they will not stop calling me. I have blocked 4 different phone numbers from them. Told them to please take me off their list. Still calls. They are asking wife's name, job titles and age. This is a free water test! Please stop calling.

      They installed a water filtration system that leaked behind my wall & zapped out my *************** box! They said we have 90 *********** only been 5 or 6 weeks. I don't want it! They said they won't take it out. And I thought they were checking our credit & they took out a loan for it! I can't believe I fell for it! It's nothing but a scam. Taking advantage of a senior veteran! They should be shut down!

      Update on L & L Systems:
      They finally came & took out the water filter system & laundry pro. I'm satisfied with them doing this. My complaint is closed.

      We received a scratch off post card from L&L Systems, **** on 10/31/23. We scratched it, won and called them today, 11/01/23 but had to leave a message. They called us about 5 minutes ago, 10:20am. I asked what I won but ***** didnt know. She asked for our address. I told her she didnt need that bc we won a prize and only wanted it- the card stated, No obligation required. When I said No to giving my address she hung up on me. This company is shady if not sleazy and gimmicks and tactics like this should be illegal if they arent. Hopefully, this helps others learn so they dont get burned by these shysters- L&L Systems, **** is a sham, a fly-by-night pack of lying wolves in sheeps skin- otherwise, they would have given us the free gift they said we had won w/o question.

      I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding that occurred when you contacted our office in regard to the card you received in the mail!  Although the card was sent for advertising, there is no obligation for you to receive whichever prize you have won.  After speaking with ******, I learned that she accidently ended the call.  We have made her aware of your frustration and instructed her to please be more careful while speaking with people on the phone.

      I realize that you live in ************** and bringing the card to our office in Lakewood is not practical.  If you would like to mail the card to our address, we will match the card to the winning hand chart and be sure to make sure you receive whichever prize you have won.

      I received a scratch off in the mail claiming I won a price but was told by the employee that I had to book a scheduling to get someone to assess my water. I dont think this is fair as I won the price and am renting and have no control over my water for my building and it would cause me to forfeit my security deposit.

      First of all I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding that you received from the employee.  As the scratch off says on the front of the card "Open only to homeowners, 21 Years of age or older.  However if you would like to mail in the card, we will be more than glad to send you the winning prize.

      Aerus of ****** (L&L Systems) sent mailers to home owners in ****** and surrounding suburbs suggesting that they were partnering with the city to conduct free water tests. The mailer included a postage-paid return postcard with address and phone number to set up an appointment for test. Based on the mailer, we believed setting up the appointment was a matter of public good and potentially important for our health. The "test," as they call it, was a pretext for a presentation selling a filtration system. At no time did Aerus state that this would be the nature of the visit nor did they give ** the results of the test. Furthermore, the water quality is, by definition, not meaningfully different from any other home in the municipality (per their technician), so the entire mailer was completely misleading.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention!  First of all, i would like to apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that *** have been caused as a result of our mailer.  We make every effort to ensure that all communications with consumers are as clear and concise as possible.  In fact, at the bottom of the mailer, it clearly states" ************ is provided by your local Aerus franchise.  We are not affiliated with and are independent from your local water utility."  This is done to make consumers aware and to prevent situations like this from arising.

      Date of Transaction: February 21, 2022 Amount of Money paid to business: $16,500 Business committed to provide to me: ****************************** Pro, Beyond Air, Guardian ****** Tristar, Bags of salt.What the nature of dispute is: Along with my purchase, I was suppose to receive the ************* Econcentrate Package which includes: Laundry detergent, automatic dish, dish soap, hand soap, hair shampoo, body wash, deodorizer cleaner, all purpose cleaner, facial bar soap, and ************* bar soap for 4yrs for free via verbal agreement. I was also suppose to receive a car air filter within the month of my purchase via verbal agreement. The dealer which is L&L Systems ********** was suppose to send in a redemption certificate, which would be redeemable for the ************* Econcentrate Package. However, first shipment was never sent out because dealer never submitted registration form to ************* **** The dealer/seller, **** from L&L Systems **********, was contacted several times in regards to receiving ************* Econcentrate Package along with car air filter. The dealer responded by saying they would follow through, however, never received any products.

The last message that was sent to me from BBB stated to send a written message if the complaint has been resolved in the meantime. I was reaching out because L & L Systems *** did reach out to me and solve the issue. I received all the products that had originally not been delivered. So, I just wanted to reach out and let the BBB know my issue has been resolved. Thank you so much for all your help and work that you do.
