      They are all about you when doing sales but when it comes time for repairs or leaks you have to call 3 or 4 times to get scheduled and the day of service the want to reschedule. Puddle all over my counter into my basement soaked everything in the cabinet and their fix is to turn off the valves and not show up. We have bought 2 systems in 2 different houses. Never again!

      Won something or other and called. Given no real info, really non-specific info on phone. Tech has to come to your home for you to see what you won. Said they test for 4 things only, calcium, magnesium, chorine and one other thing....minerals in water are fine. Chlorine is monitored by the water company. I asked did they test for chemicals that local company doesnt test for and that actually matter, like perchloroethylenes etc and she said the tech would have to come to my home to answer that. Asked what they sell and didn't get a clear answer to that either. Bye bye.

      Absolutely a rip off ! $14000.00 for a water system that runs when if chooses to run, nothing but continuous leaks in system and waiting for months to get "someone to call back" to be fixed, only to leak again. Don't forget to mention the "hidden costs" within that you are hit with later to keep the system up to date. $500.00 for filters, not included, $100.00 for a new tank because the "bladder" is not operating correctly which of course was found by tech the day of filter change to rack up some more money! When asked about warranty on this $14000.00 system that after 2.5 years needs a new tank (bladder) , this is only warranted for 90 days. Which tells me that the equipment being sold is a piece of **** to begin with. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY..The entire process from sales pitch to delivery and install is a joke, save yourself $15000.00 and buy bottled water ! Wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to

      What an awful bait and switch, beware the "free water test kits" from *********** I thought this was a service offered through *********** it is not. After I mailed in the water sample I received a phone call for someone saying that the test was inconclusive and that they wanted to send someone out to do a more thorough test. Be warned, they will pitch you severely overpriced water purification systems with some of the highest sales pressure tactics Ive ever witnessed.I thought the test would be quick, had no idea the guy was going to go into an hour long sales presentation. I could see this coming from a mile away, I should have just tossed the guy out of my house instead of being polite. This sales pitch included numerous uses of loaded language to scare me into buying their system. Hard water, they call it the silent killer really? Not from anyone Ive ever heard, whos they? You mean you call it that. This guy droned on and on, trying to scaremonger me into buying his product. I think in the end the system he tried to sell me was somewhere near $10k, what a joke. If you are actually concerned about hard water go to an appliance store and buy a water softener system. The sales guy couldnt have been more obnoxious, trying to make bs conversation about sports, or anything to make the sale. I repeatedly told him I wasnt interested, after witch he continually would brow beat me with what is holding you back, what is stopping you from making the purchase? How about your entire business comes across as unethical and shady. There has to be some gullible saps that fall for this companys bogus claims and overprice products but there wasnt a snowflakes chance in h*** that I wouldve bought one of these. Be forewarned, its clear these high pressure sales tactics are used on almost everyone. ********** should have higher standards with whom they do business with.

      First they sent me a letter asking me to give them my card number and all that in a letter and mail it to them for insurance up to $10,000 damages from a water line leak ... So I guess they could say it got lost in the mail ... Then today they sent me a rigged blackjack card for a $5,000 prize ... When I seen the name on the card I burned it ... I have no clue how they got my address but this all started after I got a harbor freight card I may never use

      I picked up a "free water test" mailer from ********** and returned it with my water sample. Then received a call from "L & L Systems" regarding my results. Of course, there was a problem with my sample and they would have to send a technician to my home to re-test and give me accurate results.After asking questions that had nothing to do with my water (am I married? what is my occupation? what is my age range?), she tried to setup an appointment an wanted to ensure that both me and my spouse would be present. Red Flag - I've only heard of companies doing this that want to give a hard sell and have you make an impulse decision.She called back several times to push the appointment. I requested my water test results via email. She insisted that I would receive the results at my appointment (I thought there was a problem with my sample - yet she said they did have results on hand). I insisted that I would need to see the results first (via email) before I would agree to her sales appointment.I still have not received the results of my water test.

      ****** did an amazing job explaining everything to us and understanding our needs. We were very happy with the presentation and can't wait to get our system installed. We really appreciated that he didn't try to oversell us and respected what we were looking for as well as what we weren't.

      All lies. This company sends out a high pressure salesman that spends over an hour with you in your home. After I decided not to purchase anything he gave me such an attitude and was so unprofessional with me. I asked him about the free air purifier that I was promised for having the in-home demonstration and he said it would take about a month to arrive but that I still would need to post on my ******** that I received it. I complied and it has been over 3 months and have yet to receive anything. I have reached out to the company and they have just ignored me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
