I went in for my wedding dress alterations on April 1st of this year. The experience was anything but enjoyable. I tried to my best to explain to the seamstress what I wanted done. She said she could not do a lot of things I had asked, but still was confident in herself. I paid $250 for the work to be done. I was pretty shocked by how much I had to pay since my dress was only $500 (i bought my dress from another location). I left hoping things would be ok, but knew in my gut it wouldnt be. I go in for my pick up May 6th. When putting my dress on, I immediately came to tears. She had done nothing. The dress looked exactly the same, but she ruined the back of it. Nothing was at all like she said or what I had expected. I was so upset and uncomfortable with it all I asked her to please fix it back to the way it was and I wanted a refund. For the amount I paid, the dress should have been perfect. I was distraught. She then made an appointment for me to pick the dress up and to perform the refund. Today, May 7th, I received a call from the lead seamstress who also said she was the owner. Worst experience of customer service I have ever went through. The women argued with me, telling me there would be no refund, nothing at all to help me. She was no where the day of this problem. The phone call was absolutely disgusting and horrifying. I asked her to please put my dress back the way it was and I would want me money back. After being told no and being yelled out continuously, even though I am the bride and customer, i told her to keep the money but please give me my dress. I am disgusted and distraught. As a paying customer and first time bride, this was absolutely horrible.Customer response
